The Challenge:
Life Time Fitness set out to create more than just a gym – they wanted a high-end wellness destination that combined fitness, work, and lifestyle spaces under one roof. With such a large-scale commercial project, the exterior needed to convey strength, modernity, and elegance while also standing up to heavy daily use and Oregon’s weather conditions.
Our Solution:
We applied a durable EIFS stucco system paired with precision Nichiha Cladding, bringing texture and depth to the building’s facade. The design incorporated sleek lines, expansive windows, and architectural details that matched Life Time’s brand identity. Our team coordinated closely with builders to ensure seamless installation across the multi-level structure, balancing efficiency with high-quality craftsmanship.
The Result: The completed Life Time Gym is a landmark in Beaverton – an expansive, multipurpose facility that makes a bold first impression. The clean finishes and refined exterior details complement the state-of-the-art amenities inside, from fitness and wellness centers to outdoor pools and workspaces.
